We hear from a trusted close to this imprint that they're truly revving up their engines on all fronts (no pun intended), after they've spent over 70% percent of their allotment given to launch new acts alone.
And we haven't even reached the first release day after reconstruction, which is December 4.
P.S.: the first release day is also FLOODED.

The industry is buzzing with talks of an indisputable superstar making their long-awaited return tonight (1/22).
Insiders say that the music industry titan spent the past year of quarantine inspired in the studio, and is now ready for the world to hear their craft.  
The song, which will serve as the upcoming album's lead single, will receive an immediate heavy marketing push from the artist's label.

The album will not only mark her biggest-opening, not only her first #1 album, but also her first top 10 album; making it lightyears ahead of 2017’s Dua Lipa, which peaked #27. This will continue the trend of Dua reaching new career peaks this year, following her attaining her first #1 single, some months ago, with “Break My Heart.”

After Carly Rae Jepsen’s Dedicated debuted #1 some months back, Desperado will become the first label this year to score two number one albums.

Based on early reads, Sam Hunt is off to a strong start with his newly released third studio album, Sometimes You Gotta Start Nowhere (Lighthouse). The album is performing extremely strong in traditional sales, with its projection north of 400k alone already being enough to claim the title of biggest first-week units of 2021. But do not be confused, the set is breaking streaming figures as well; currently projected to cross the 300 million figure, it will become the first-ever country album to do so.
